feeling bad

hello everyone i had to write in i have been having a real bad month my headaches are there all the time the doctor said they are tension headaches my arm and shoulder have been sore i am having bad stomach promblems the doctor done blood test wich came back clear and i have lost weight its like fighting a loosing battle no will listen to me in my familt sorry for winging on just need to be reasurred Ciara xxx:shrug: :shrug:

Hi Ciara,
I guess the news that the blood tests came back clear is a really positive thing to cling on to.
Could well be that the stomach problems are linked to the tension. It can cause all sorts of things that we suspect are more serious. I would try and go back to your doctor if you can and see what else they can do. I know some family members can be a bit 'distant' if they think it's all in your head. Perhaps let them take a look at this site and see how tension/anxiety can effect people
