I just wanted to give a intro and a little about myself.
I am a 29yo SAHM to 3 girls. I have suffered from panic/anxiety/ocd an depression since after the birth of my first child 10 years ago. I have just come out of a year long reprieve and have started to have major anxiety /depression again.
I am happy to have found these boards.
