Asthma & Anxiety..

Does anyone know the difference between an Asthma attack and an Anxiety attack?

- My doc has just diagnosed me with Asthma, and now im abit concerned .. I keep getting a really tight feeling across my chest, and i've taken my blue inhaler but its not really getting much better. Could it be my asthma? or more likely to be anxiety?

I also have asthma and at times it can be confussing to wether it is anxiety or asthma causing you to be breathless and tight chested. If you take your inhaler and still have the tight feeling across your chest after about 5 minutes, it is more likely to be anxiety.
