hi everyone, ive had panic attacks for many years,i have periods when im ok but this last year has been hell. Im going on monday to start to take prozac , ive used it before, as i need all the help i can get. This looks a great forum and so good to chat to people who understand it really helps to know we are normal people who struggle on despite this terrible feelings that come along. Im also now getting OCD which is adding to it all.
