Just joined up tonight but have been lurking for a couple of weeks.

Reading some of the posts here has helped me feel less alone about this dreadful anxiety and I hope to be able to get some really useful advice/tips from you nice people, or even help someone else out there. Its just comforting to know that there are others who suffer in the same way.
