Hi I'm Fred, 47 and have a history of depression/anxiety. Was on citalopram and came off last year - but have been going down hill again - and started 3 days ago on med again. My depression seems to be tied into sleep problems - not sure which is the chicken and which is the egg....

Hope to say hi to a few of you guys - but I am quiet and like to sit back so won't say an awful lot
