Can someone help me please !! been feeling depressed pver the last couple of weeks ............ i feel low cant eat nothing goes right ..........

Hi Jane

First thing go to your doctor. It's dreadful when you can't eat - also you will obviously lack energy because you're not eating. Get some complan and drink that.

Sorry to hear that you are feeling so low at the moment. I think Tetley and Yvonne are right hun, you need to see your GP and explain how you are feeling.
