Upper Abdominal discomfort - I am really feeling worried

Hi All, I have discomfort under my diaphragm, it is sensitive when touched. My appetitie has decreased as I feel so uncomfortable when I have eaten. When I bend over & my ribs touch this area, it is uncomfortable. The intercostal muscles( muscles between my ribs) are painful.

It freaks me out as I start worrying about an aneurysm.
