Hi Jemma

I don't have S.A.D, I do have depression, and I do tend to be more low in the dark months.

This year I have definitely felt so much worse, my 'proof' being, now the sun has started shining more thru my kitchen window, I feel like a release somehow. Even managed the odd smile lol.

Has something changed this year maybe for you that may be the reason behind your problems ?

Take care
Julia

Hi Jemma,

I don't suffer from S.A.D, but I do suffer from panic attacks which do tend to come on at night, but on the occasion I have had them when being out(In a super market).
All I want to do is run home:blush:
