hello everyone

Hi everyone my name is claire and i am 30yrs old married with two boys aged 7 and 8. I suffer from anxiety and depression. The anxiety has always been part of my life but the depression comes in waves at the moment it is pretty bad and i am finding it difficult to pick my self up and dust myself down this time. I am looking for friendship and reassurance that i am not the only person on the planet that feels this way. :)
