Dont now if this is in the right forum, but I became very depressed last week and i dont know why i was due to have my kitchen done and my husband was going to do it with my help. But i was so horrible to him and didnt speak to him so it wasn't done.
Since last week my head has felt weird at the front and the top not so much a head ache but more hot its a strange feeling its not throbbing or pain it's sometimes above my eyes and it hasnt gone. I'm thinking there is something more serious it has been a week now and it hasn't gone mind you i did bump my head last week on a hand dryer as i am a cleaner.
Also today (24th feb) i had the anxiety feeling come over me right from the bottom to the top including my head and i couldn't breathe so i had to go out in my garden and dig up all my weeds to get rid of it, it happened twice, i also rang my husband as i was on my own and its horrid when you get this when you are on your own. Its my head that is worring me the most as its been a week.
I hope someone can help with this :scared15:
