Hey, Just discovered this site today and I had to Join! :D
My name is Ashley and Im 20! I Have been absolutly terrified of flying eva since I can remember. Even when I was younger, Travelling with my lil bro's. They'd b bouncing up and down excited whilst i would sit there terrified. Weirdly enough ova the last couple of yr's its got worse and worse. I now normally expierence Panic attacks...always hyperventilate (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&lr=&rlz=1G1ACAL_ENUK315&ei=8MSlSc1W2ceMB6jhqLwF&sa=X&oi=spell&resnum=1&ct=result&cd=1&q=hyperventilate&spell=1) :oopsie: Not good for me, or the ppl around me as i do get quite vocal about my distress :( And now...In a couple of hours, my friend is coming to pick me and boyfriend up and take us to airport. Were going on Holiday. Oh dear......lol :D x
