worried again?

Right i put a thread up before regarding the symptoms i have and im worried i have a brain tumour,
I feel like im not real and that things around me arent really and my head sometimes feels like im carrying heavy objects on it :(

Im sooo worried, I have had a blood test but im waiting for the results, they are coming wednesday, but still i think i have a tumour or something! ahhhh :(:weep:

The 'unreal' feelings are quite common in anxiety. Many people have posted about these (check out depersonalisation on this site) and I had a spell that went on for weeks before Christmas. I'm sure the head hing is anxiety too...so many weird head sensations are. The blood tests I'm sure will be fine and will reassure you. XXX
