Just wanted to introduce myself, I am a mom of three children, started with some anxiety last year around the same time and then found out I was pregnant and seemed to go away except for here and there, now my newest son is 3 months old and it has come on strong again, even worse than before. Last year I was prescribed Lexapro and it seemed like I was on speed and it made me 10 times worse so I stopped taking it. Recently I was prescribed Zoloft and it feels the same way, not sure if I am panicking thinking something is gonna happen with the meds or if it side effects, I am always thinking something is going to happen to me, I have pains in my whole body including my chest and left arm and always think I am having a heart attack, so needless to say, I am afraid to take the antidepressants and the only thing that did help last year was xanax, which they say is addicting so don't know if I should start taking it. Anyone who can help me?
