I guess beauty must be in the eyes of the beholder because after reading your posts and looking at your pic, I can only see a beautiful rose with a sweet scent. I can't believe any man disagreeing with me either. I'd position mirrors on every wall so I could always admire your attractive reflection. Who wouldn't?

You obviously need more convincing!!!:winks:

Thee

The bright sun rising, bringing warmth to a clear day,
As the birds began their dawn chorus, flying on their way,
The sound of the waves brushing the beach upon the bay,
As the cool sea breeze brings relief from the hot suns rays,

Church bells ringing, trickling through the fields,
A swan gliding gracefully, toward a stream between hills,
A blaze of red tulips glowing in the midday sun,
Daffodils nodding their heads in tandem, not to be outdone,

A blanket bringing warmth on a cold frosty night,
An arm bringing comfort to an old man with no sight,
A beautiful princess sparkling in a glittering new dress,
The delight given to a groom by his bride who says “yes”,

Tall grass swaying in the gentle warm breeze,
Butterflies fluttering quietly between the blades with ease,
The blossom of early spring on the bare dormant trees,
A perfumed red rose opening for hovering honey bees,
But of all of these, the most beautiful and most finest...is Thee.:hugs:

Don't try to detach yourself from the words but instead try to believe in them as describing you because as Mick and many other men would agree, only you cannot see the attractive princess that you are because the truth is hidden from you by your anxiety. Everyone else will not see your anxiety. They will only see a very attractive woman before them.:hugs:

If you were in this portrait on the wall, no frame could do your beauty justice as I'm sure your partner will agree!

You should see what I have to look at when I look in the mirror. :scared15:
I have to shave with my eyes closed I'm so ugly :scared15:

I'm so ugly, when I walk into the bank they turn off the security cameras. :scared15:
I stuck my head out of the car window and got arrested for mooning :scared15:

As for the insomnia I can really sympathise.

It's a real pain, I wasn't making light of the problem, I've really bad insomnia at the moment. And it's a vicious circle. You don't sleep, you wake up feeling ******, you go off your food,or eat too much food, then you go to bed and it starts all over again.
I've tried everything from prescribed sleeping tablets, (zolpiclone), relaxation CDs, hot drinks, warm baths, herbal sleeping aids, but they don't seem to do the trick.
Even my dreamcatcher has insomnia :scared15:
I was up last night late into the night doing some paperwork for my work as I couldn't sleep.
I hope you find an answer soon

take care

Hi again, again,
It's good if you can stay off the sleeping pills. They are okay for short periods of insomnia but you have to find another way of getting the sleep sometime.
I spend too much money during the night too :D
I wander onto Amazon.co.uk and buy things. :D
I tried leaving it later and later before going to bed,but I was still wide awake in the middle of the night .
Ah well, there's an answer out there somewhere I guess

take care

mick (wide awake and feeling tired) :D
