hiya
i really need help i cant stop freaking out
i had a dull ache/indegestion type pain in my back for 3 week's i taking pain killer's deep heat massage's.
you name it am trying it.
i cant stop thinking it cancer
i just cant take my mind off it it's the frist thing i think of when i wake up
please help me

Is it upper back? If so it is probably reflux and\or tension in the back muscles. Unfortunately, both part and parcel of anxiety.

hiya mate thank you for replaying
most of it is in my upper back but can be in the lower back a bit. it started in my lower back.the pain in my upper back feels like tension but my lower back feels dull pain. at frist the doctors thought it was indegestion now she thinks
its cause a lost weight.

Hi,
It sounds like it might just be muscle tension. If it were cancer you would probably feel it more at the front rather than the back,. Has your Doctor run any tests\blood works? How painful is the ache. If it is dull - sounds more and more like tension.
