Other peoples waste.....

....I am really afraid of other peoples' saliva and body waste. I find it disgusting and have panic attacks if i come into contact with it.

I guess this is due to the abuse i suffered as a child which involved bodily waste etc. But i dont know how to overcome it and my mum just tells me that everyone is scared or disgusted by other peoples bodily waste etc.
Am i just over exaggerating?
