............i am diagnosed with OCD but i used to get a lot of panic attacks as well. I hadnt had a panic attack, until yesterday, for years though, i still suffer terrible anxiety each day, but ive managed not to have a full blown panic attack.
But yesterday, and including today as well, i have had 2 panic attacks which took me by surprise. I was in the middle of a supermarket at the time.
I now just feel let down that ive gotten to this stage again when i thought i was over it. I had another panic attack today and i wasnt even doing anything, i was just sat at home.
I feel scared that im going to get another one any time soon.
