adrenalin rushes?

hello its been a while scince ive been on here but a few times now when ive woke in the morning i get hot ntingles running thru my body, and feel sick when its happeneing. im on cipralex and have been for over a yr i did try to ween myself off them then due to stress i started taking them properly again do u think this could be due to upgrading meds again??? plus im not happy with my life at the minuite im wondering if its more anxiety???? all help and advice so is welcome

Yes it is anxiety. I am like it every morning and in the day aswell, You tingle like sharp pins and needles, your tummy churns and you feel sick. you go hot and have to go to the loo. I have to get up because I can't lie in bed torchuring myself
