CBT is therapy - read this ....

http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/NMPcms.php?nmppage=therapy

A Lymph node (IPA: [ lɪmf noʊd] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:IPA)) is an organ consisting of many types of cells, and is a part of the lymphatic system (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lymphatic_system). Lymph nodes are found all through the body, and act as filters or traps for foreign particles. They contain white blood cells. Thus they are important in the proper functioning of the immune system (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immune_system).

Hi,

CBT is cognitive behavioural therapy. It works on the theory that thoughts affect feelings which affects your behaviours which can be positive or negative. It is a really good therapy for all sorts of problems and can really help with anxiety, depression and phobias. Good Luck! Loopy Loo.
