neuralgia of heartburn/gerd?

i have been having terrible chest pain now for over 6 weeks, i used to get it years ago but seems to have gotten really worse

it goes down my left arm and goes from being achy to deep burning to terribly sore. the pain also radiates down my ribs dn shoulders

i have had 2 ecgs and had a treadmill test yesterday which they said was normal

the pain is so scary i have een told it is muscular like a neuralgia pain but i wondered if any of you suffer similar or have any knowledge of this

i would be so so grateful for comments as i sit here so so afraid

ive had it! still do...its so hard to describe but the way you described it sounds the same! i tend to have it in both i think but mainly my right arm
