funny head all day everyday

everyday im walking about like my head is in a bubble only way to describe it really,and dizziness all time its scaring me now ,as lots of you know ive got chest problems aswell, and i cant get rid of neither of these has anybody else had this feeling in there head that wont go away my health anxiety isnt liking it one bit

yes I often feel like that. It's either anxiety or inner/middle ear problems for me, but I never know which one to blame. Probably the anxiety on reflection. I hate it it's so scary. If it gets too bad I take a Stemetil tablet, which helps a bit.:wacko:

Exactly the same....my head always feels really dense and fuzzy! not sure whether its the inner ear probls i had before xmas coming back or the anxiety!...jurys still out on that one

i have chest pains too....found out i have a small hole in my heart the other week and since then these chest pains have magically appeared, typical isnt it!:blush:
