Leg / Foot twitch

Hi

Since Ocotber ish, when I cross my legs or even rest one foot on the other some times theres a twitch , it feels like my foot moves slight up and down

Anyone else every experience this?

Yeah I get it - it could be somethng called restless leg syndrome I think

Yep i get that too and I've heard it called restless leg as well.
Its a right pain in the bum, i find that getting up and walking about for 5 mins seems to get rid of it.

yep , i suffer from this and had a full nuero exam , and everything is fine regarding this, so at least thats one less thing to worry about..........now whats next hee hee xx

Sounds like restless legs so annoying but manageable!!
