Hi All
Last week I had an anterior discectomy and fusion operation (one of my discs in my neck had to be removed and replaced with a titanium cage due to bad arm and back pain as a result of a trapped nerve).
I've since felt very down/low/withdrawn and am still in post-op pain/taking painlkillers. I have taken 25mg clomipramine for the past 3 months and was doing OK, but this operation seems to have floored me - shall I increase the dose as I am terrified of going really bad again/to the point of not wanting to go on etc?
