Nutty symptoms?

I keep thinking im losing the plot or have a illness that's affecting my brain.

For some reason my mind keeps racing, i keep hearing random voices and its just jibberish like a chattering mind

and when i read i miss words out and misinterpet words like if it reads jelly in my head i see "belly" and then shortly i correct it, is this apart of a mental condition? im 21 and fearing that i have something wrong with me

This is probably severe anxiety, I had this last year and it scared the life out of me, since being on meds and giving up work my anxiety has calmed right down a and it doesn't hardly happen now.

Anxiety can be terrifying and when it happens we are totally unprepared for what it can present us with I used to think that anxiety simply meant being apprehensive all the time, I had no idea of the physical symptoms and mental symptoms could cause such distress.

Good Luck and believe me it does calm down eventually.
