Help Me! Im Having A Panic Attack!

Just called NHD Direct for assurance but they cant call me back for two hours. I suffer from health anxiety. I have had head tension in the last couple hours, like someone is pushing down on the top of my head. It doesnt hurt it just feels like it might pop! Really scared I might have something happen to me! I have stuffy feeling ears. Maybe its my sinuses, but I have a death phobia and I cant control my panic. Please help! Im scared!

Just try to calm down a bit as you'll just panic even more,I've had the ear thing you were saying about and turnt out it was just an ear infection...but i'm sure the nurse or doc will know more when they ring...try not to worry too much.

:bighug1: You are not going to die. It could be a build up of tension, or sinus or ear infection as the last post suggests. Try to distract yourself and try not to think too much until this can be resolved. Let us know how you get on.
