weird head and twitching

My head feels really weird like im underwater and I keep getting facial twitches.... im scared to sleep... does anyone else get facial twitches?

yes.. constantly .. it is super annoying. i think it's just all the tension.

I don't have facial twitches but I do have them in my shoulders - especially my right one. It drives me crazy and I have to work really hard to stop myself twitching them about when I'm anxious...

I think facial twitches are quite common with anxiety sufferers. The one thing you must do is try to ignore them. The underwater feeling must be horrible. Try to relax as much as you can.
