I am just preparing to order the Claire Weekes book, and got confused as to whuch one I need. Is it necessary to read Self help for your nerves before essential help for your nerves.
The info about the 2nd one sounded most appealing to me as it list recovery plans and specific info about agoraphobia. But should I really read the self help book first. (I can only order one of them at the moment).
