Hello all

I have joined a few days ago and been reading some of your posts. This is a great site and it has already started to help me to feel more at ease. I suffer from axiety and im on Sertraline 50mg and really would like to stop taking them and do this on my own. I see there is so much support here. I have already made friends with someone here and it is wonderful how welcome I already feel. Its amazing that lots of you have the same symptoms as I do.

I hope to make more friends here and to help others as they help me.
