Kalms, rescue remedie and propanalol?

Are these all ok to take together?

Not had much luck with any of them to be honest. Just though i would give it a try blasting them all at once!?

As you can see i'm clutching at straws here ! :ohmy:

I take propanalol, rescue remedy and Natrasleep tablets. Not all at the same moment in time though ...except that the propanalol is in me when I use the rescue remedy and at night when I take the Natrasleep....oh! h--l, I suppose I do take them all at the same time lol!:unsure: :unsure:

Kalms,rescue remedy and propanonol...exactly the three things that I,ve purchased too..for my anxiety..i tried propanonol today( for the first time)..and it didnt not affect me at all..only felt a little dizzy that,s all..tried the 10 mg one tho..dunno if that wud have any significant effect and not to discourage anybody from using propanonol..cause the doctors swear by it..back rescue remedy..didnt do much..kalms i have yet to try...does kalms work for u?
