Chest pain while dancing

hey guys, I am just curious to know i am 21 years old have had a cardiogram and all those tests when i had my first panic attack when i was 17 and had another ekg 7 monmths ago found nothingm just anxiety, i went out lastnight and was dancing and felt this pain go all the way across my chest kind of lkike the cramps you get when it hurts to breathe in, i am wondering do you thinkit was heart related or it was a cramp it lasted like 30 seconds and happend twice both at completley different times of the night i was having a panic attack than because i
felt my pulse it was racing of course and this was when i was not dancing, so now i am freaked out a bit that its my heart so a little help would be great

I find harmless chest pain goes away if you keep quite still when it happens.Which i reckon it is at your age.

yah i am thinking maybe i was getting a spasm and i kept dancing through it which prolly made it worse
