Panic attacks going to bring on a cold

Im due to go away next week and I can feel a cold starting to come on.

I am constantly panicking over thsi now and all this extra stress is just going to make me have a cold.

This happens every time something is coming up which I have been planning for ages.

Does anyone have any tips on how I can reduce my risk of a cold?

Im goign to constantly worry about getting a cold now up untill the day and be so run down Ill be ill on purpose :weep:

Ive been likely that recently, sounds ridiculous..

Ive been off meds since October and during the time I was on them, I was the strongest Ive been since whenever I can remember.

Im really finding it hard to stay physically fit, I do know where you're
