All over again....

This is seriously making me feel so down, right well i have major health anxiety and i was feeling really dizzy, "out of place" feeling, not feeling real etc anyways i went docs and had a blood test, i was ok it was clear and i was getting better but now im feeeling worse than before!


I have........

-pressure headaches
- feeling soo weak
-not real


I dont no what to do :( its making me soo down.....

Hey I am still going out of mind with worry! I cant seem to enjoy my life at the moment :( and i keep thinking i have a terminal illness :( im really depressed i keep feeling like this, is this normal for anixety?

Also im have really vivid dreams and feeling more dizzy :( x

this sounds like depersonlisation - a classic anxiety symptom

There is nothing wrong with you other than anxiety hun as i'm sure some sort of abnormality would have shown up in your bloods.

As Bab said-it really does sound like depersonalisation which is extremely common with anxiety sufferers. I promise you though, it CAN'T and WON'T harm you in any way, it's just a symptom and it will go. Please try not to worry about it.
