help my friends again .....
i constantly ask people i am around when we are talking
did u tell me that?(scared i have forgot)
or
have i told you that? (if they say yes it means i am repeating myself)
i am afraid someone will say yes i told you or yes you told me.
if this happened it would confirm there is something wrong with me i think i am slow in the head , if they say yes my world falls apart and my head goes into overdrive ... i then ask when were why cant i remember ect ect
i have started a new tattic i figure if i dont see people an hide away then i wont make any mistakes therefore i wont have panic attacks because no one will confirm to me there is something wrong with me .
i cant live the rest of my life in fear how am i gonna get rid of this constant checking ???
