How long does it take for the over stimulated nervous system take to calm down it has taken a month so far and I have started to calm down but i still get some symptoms?????:wacko:

good question - i am on my 3rd of 4th month. although i've yet to calm down mentally so .. i need to do that first

Im on month 3 also. But my stress almost led me to anaemia. Its being treated now. it takes quite some time to recover depending on the ongoing anxieties x
