Do you ever hear a song so loud & clear in your head? I swear it feels like im going nuts, i can play sounds that ive heard just a second ago and play it over in my mind and it almost sounds as loud and as real but i can tell the diff

im just worried that i'll start hearing these songs outside of my mind like music sound hallucination or something but i know its in my head not outside lol its just freaking me out that i have a mind disease and losing it

Sounds a bit like OCD to me... when you can't stop playing a song in your head is a bit like when you can't stop playing a phrase, or words or numbers in your head.
