hello , i joined no more panic in 2007 for a short time i was going through a mental breakdown then and you were all so helpful to me thankyou, during this period i was given lots of cbt theraphy everyone in the mental health team came to my home and i got a bit of confidence to start going to the mental health centre , as i am agrophobic but can go out sometimes now , my husband is very supportive and he helps me alot too, I am much better than i was then , i also got my medication sorted and i am now on a antidepressant that suits me , i am going to see my family soon hense i may not get access to you all but wont be away longer than a month and i do hope to try to help and also get help and advice from everyone , thankyou for reading and i wish you all the best in your plights to feel better , best wishes Dusky x:)
