Wierd tingling down my harm & hand

Hi,

So im at a football match watching and generally enjoying myself when I suddenly start to experience some tingling in my little left finger.

I ignore it & over 2 hours later my left arm has it. Its at the top and when my arm tingles so does my little finger. Its quite uncomfortable.

ANy ideas?

I am not sure what it is... but i do know that I also get it a lot. I think when we are anxious our nerves are just really sensitive... Because of this, sometimes they just act up and do weird things... No wise words of wisdom, but sometimes it helps to know someone else has had the same exact symptom.
