Dreamy State?????

I feel like I'm in dream ALL the time. It doesn't go away.....it gets worse from time to time but never goes away. Is this normal???? It's been happening for a really really long time :( Does anyone else have this issue????:huh:

Hi there. Have you ever heard of depersonalization? It's a common symtom of anxiety and it can feel like a dream for me. You can find more information about it online, I'm not too sure of the specifics I'm afraid.

I have had it on and off for getting on 3 years but I feel I am winning now. Fingers crossed that I have not spoken too soon! I know how you feel and I also know that it does eventually go completely too as I have had it before and it left me 100%. So yours will go too, all in good time.
