Im Always Nervous

I am new to this site so hello every one.
im 26 and have been having anxiety problems since the beginning of january due to worring to much about a pain in my back. i seem to be nervous all the time.i have been on mirtazipine for 6 weeks but still really paniky i feel like i cant cope. does anyone know any meds that really help in so lost and sick of feeling like this.

sorry to hear yr having bad time

sometimes your meds take few months to make u feel better so stick with them a bit longer, if yr no better after that, maybe the dr can up the dose for you.

Im on sertraline and it took bout 6 - 8 weeks to make me feel a bit better.

i know how you feel and being nervous all the time is horrendous
sometimes it takes many trips to docs and many tablets before you get the right one for you ,i went through the ssri,s and ended up with trazadone taken at night which helped me sleep and calmed the nerves during day.

Also look around the site at the many relaxation posts as many good tips here and ask doc for anxiety classes as they helped me
