Lately (for a whole week) I've had a constant pain in my left groin, sort of sore/chafing feeling and also muscular pain as I've had trouble walking on it. Do you think its possible that I've been focusing on my groin too much after experiencing weird bubbling feelings in it, or that I have caused some damage to the area by wearing really tight-fitting skinny jeans every day?
I want to stop worrying about it but it won't go away so I can't take my mind off it.
