introduce myself

Hi
My name is vicky, and i have suffered from agoraphobia ,anxiety and panicks attacks, for over 25 years now. even though i have a husband and 3 children age 21,20,and 12, life can be very lonley because knowone really knows how i feel and i know they feel resentful not being able to do all the things a normal famaly should do together.
This is the first time i have been in a chat room, so it feels a bit strange to talk to people i dont know.

Welcome to nmp. I can relate, I too have had anxiety/panic attacks/agora for a long time. You will find everyone here very friendly & helpful. There is plenty of information too for you to sift through. Get it all off your chest, we are here for you.
