Hey, I'm Nicole, 16 and from England. I found the site when I was researching the propranolol my GP recently prescribed, and it's really amazing to see so many people with similar issues.

I've had anxiety for a few years without really properly understanding it, until in the past 3 months I started having panic attacks.
