hello,
going out of my mind had a pain down my right side, so i lay on the bed to have a feel around and all my insides feel hard is this normal? what could the pain be?

You may have pulled a muscle. If you pull a muscle the muscle swells to protect itself.

Take some anti inflamitories to see if it helps ease the pain. Oh and don't keep prodding or you will make it worse. Lol

It does sound like a pulled mucle, i have it.
Try a hot wheat bag.
