Can this be brought on by anxiety?

I will never forget the internal shivering, it was like my body was just totally shaking on the inside when I was at my worst, is this what you mean??

Yes. these are very much anxiety. I get them and I also get creeping sensations in my skin. All very normal for anxiety based situations. Hang in there...

Yeah, I kinda do mean that

Also the shivers that you get when you're ill or have the flu or whatever :weep: but I dont! its making my health anxiety worse argh!

I get this sometimes, it usually last a day then is gone the next. I have sat here in the summer when it's been warm & been shivering like I'm freezing cold. Yet another nasty symptom of anxiety:mad: :weep:

I get the shivers too, can become really cold very quickly without being aware that I am anxious.
