ive had panic attacks now for three years im on citalopram 30mg a day I get really awful intense panics starting with horrible nausea so awful i dry heave or retch then a hot flush and palps I feel so scared I feel like Im just about to die its terrible At times I feel life stinks yet i know people suffer in so many ways I dont really know what sets me off but I had 12 months of cbt for cancer phobia which helped but I still get major majo scared over feeling sick as I associate it with illness does anyone understand me please !!
