I had really bad headrushes during the night last night, and for an hour this morning between 6am and 7am. They didn't scare me as much as they usually do as I have accepted they are down to my anxiety, they are more frustrating and annoying than anything. Only now, a few hours later I am starting to think what if it was somat else??? Am I just being crazy, and why do these maddening head rushes seem to come at certain times??
