Hi i am new to no more panic. i have had health anxietys problems 4 6 years now and at there worse i was really low and fine it had to fine a way out. I am 26 and have a BIG fear of the unknow and being out of control when it comes to my health and that of my little girl. I am pregnant too and due on sunday 22nd murch (6 days) am so scared that some thing will go wrong and theres nothing i can do to stop it. there nothing wrong with her. all the scans r k so y cant i belive it.........
