to get wind and gurgling in your stomach but really low down - well below the belly button?
I get this a lot and am just wondering if I'm supposed to, its really quite noisy.

I suffer from diverticular disease and have lots of problems with my bowels (a family trait) when my bowel starts up you can hear it across the room. Even my cats look up to see what the noise is.

Don't worry about the noises it is the peristalsis movement in the bowel doing what it is suppose to do.

I have the same with griping pains and changed bowel movement.I have been diagnosed with IBS which can also be triggered by stress hope this helps

:) yes me too, in the last 6 months i have been having alot of tummy troubles - the bloating is starting to worry me though? but im sure its just stress related ibs:shrug:
