hi i've just discovered this wonderful site and had to join. i've been suffering with anxiety for 14 years and its amazing how you sometimes feel the only person going through these thing so it really comforting to find people who are like me and find it hard sometimes (i'm not crazy yey lol) so i'll be happy to help people with problems and hope i can get some support in hard times from you guys to:)

This is a great site for sharing and does help enormously. Its so hard sometimes to find like minded people to talk to so for that alone its a worthwhile stay.
